I'm 35yrs old,married with 4 beautiful kids..
Recently moved from Northern Ontario to Southern Ontario to live out our dream of being on a farm,and here I am.. We currently have 7 girls(dual purpose breed)(Molly,Snow,Henrietta,Harriet,Joplin,Bertha,and Sarah),2 turkeys(Dolly and George),and our newest addition a Buff Orpington roo named Colonal Sanders..
We love our backyard farm,and hope to oneday add other animals like pygmy goats,a cow or maybe two ,horses,a pig,and some ducks..
Being a mom of 2 special needs children ive learned that the bond between animal and child is unlike anything ive seen,backyard farming for us isint just about providing our family with better options for food,its about a connection with them,its a therapy for our children and for us,a way to escape the world and all its unhappiness,and just be here on our piece of heaven with everything we love..
