I think it might be the dumb thing. He was a "late-bloomer" in becoming a rooster. I think he needs a sign that says, "rooster in training!"

I have 2 roosters and just about every time one rooster, (the older one) mounts a hen, the second rooster tries to mount the first rooster. Is he confused? About how this is supposed to work? Is this a dominance thing?

We bought some chicks in April, built a chicken coop with a fenced in yard, which after they were old enough to be in, they quickly out grew. So we moved them to an old shed which the y love! Need to build roosts for them on the inside, but we got our first eggs today! Fantastic!
