    Guardian dogs ok in cold?

    The cold doesn't seem to bother Pasha, my Anatolian Shepherd at all. In fact, she won't even use the dog house I built for her - she prefers to sleep out in the open so she can "guard" the property and chickens, ducks, etc. If it's very cold & wet, she will get out of the rain and our weather...

    Waterers

    I have just 3 hens and mine are trained to use an ordinary (qt size) rabbit water bottle. I do have to refill it daily but the girls always have sparkling clean, fresh water with no chance of it getting "fowled".
