    General question about genetics for my D'Uccle. I haven't had any luck finding a black mottle rooster for my hen. I do however have a self blue D'Uccle rooster. What offspring would I get from this pairing? Thanks in advance!

    I got these in a trade, the drake is fawn or blue fawn rouen. The hens look like normal rouen. I've never heard of the fawn variety before. What would I get when I hatch their eggs? Any other advice is greatly appreciated!

    Silkies, hatched in November. I'm quite sure the bigger one is a rooster but I'm unsure on the little one. P.S. I heard one crow this morning. Also, what color variety would they be? TIA!

    I figured she wasn't a bluebell because they're araucana/white leghorn so no brown egg gene. And thank you! Her name is freckles and she is lovely, she's super sweet!

    Bought in an assortment bin labeled prairie bluebell egger from rural king but she lays decent sized brown eggs. Is she a smokey Pearl? Or something else? TIA!

    They do that here in WV now. To buy the WL I had to give them my address, phone number, email and make an account with them and thank you for the advice! I'll call them asap!

    I sure didn't, I got so busy I forgot. Would they still be able to tell me? I know they get their chicks primarily through Hoover's hatchery. Should I email or call them and ask?
