    I used to live near Lake Como so I know it well. City of Orlando does allow them. Per code only 4, and with a permit. Technically, Altamonte does not allow them, but I've never had a problem. I'm a civil engineer, so if you need help navigating permits, let me know. Here's the City code...

    Hello from Orlando
