Hi, I am looking at your pics from some time ago and it looks similar to something on my chicks. I am not sure if it is their first moult or mites. Did you sort your problem out, and if so how please?

they are in a run about 15' x 8' but they do have a good run in our garden (which is very large) most days. I have checked for mites, and cant see any but have treated with a natural powder just in case. I am wondering if they have eaten something now. Thanks for your reply

My chickens look like this too. Also, my warren has very scraggy looking feathers under her wings. How can I tell if its mites? Almost certain they are not pecking each other as I have not witnessed this and no blood or feathers lying around in the coop.
