    I haven't had trouble with crows either, and as much as I can't stand their sound, it's true that they help warn of trouble. The last two times a fox was creeping around, we were alerted by the crows. What a funny story tho!

    here are my black and white chicks that I have no idea what they are

    I have silver laced wyandotte chicks, and their faces are darker with a white dot on their heads...but I'm no expert! Funny: the white dot on their head is why my daughter thought they were called wyanDOTs!
