    I had to put them in the coop at night for the first few days that I got them but they go in on their own now but are the last ones to go in at night. I have not tryed to put them up on the roost yet I will try that to night. Thanks

    Sorry I did not mean they really swelled up I was just joking I meant that they eat every one that ran out of the coop. It sounds like it is the same thing as Home Defense only a different name, when dry it is Ok I use it in my house every 3 or 4 months. But the roaches were running through it...

    Demon WP is a pesticide that is mixed with water for just about any pest. We use it in the house every 3 or 4 months & have not had any problems since I started using it.     If I use Demon WP in our coop should I not use the eggs for awhile, because the chickens ate so many roaches after I sprayed that they blowed up like water baloons. It has been 3 days since I sprayed is that enough time to wait, we just hate to keep throwing that many eggs out.
