    I tried to mix sunflower seeds and scratch mix in the pellets for variety and a treat too, but they just waste them! They seem to love the pellets soaked. They gobble them up then! Or when i mix the feed with sardines in spring water! Hahaha weirdo girls!

    Sorry for late reply. I think you might be right. To many treats. We have been away neighbors feeding them lots of scraps hardly touched the pellets. Right im onto it! Thank you so much!

    Good news, looks good this morning. Has a nice feed of bugs off the lawn last night when i moved some buckets and a kids shell pool off the lawn. Treated for lice, clean bedding and hen house.

    Yes i wet her feed she had a go. I have Seen her drinking a little. Layed yesterday though, could still be egg bound? Crop feeds a little full I guess, a few little whitish lice or mite looking things on her but not bad.

    Help! One of my isa brown hens is looking lethargic today, tail down, sitting a lot, slow moving, will eat but not much. Poo looks ok, watery but it has been very hot here last few days and gettig hotter. Couldn't be heat stroke from yesterday? They were not able to free range around the yard...
