I really don't know how to pick chicks, so out of 8 chickens I wound up with 4 roosters and 4 hens. My prize Rhode Island Red hen, Henrietta, grew up to be the most beautiful.....ROOSTER! So one evening I went out to talk to my brood as I do often and Henrietta crowed. I must say I was disappointed but "Henry" is still my favorite
