I cracked this egg and saw these tiny dots in it, I’m trying to figure out if this is just a normal thing that happens from time to time, if this means the egg is fertile, or if I need to fix something diet wise. I also want to double check that these are safe to eat.

The hen I started this post about has not thrown up again, but tonight I had a different hen named Sophia throw up. I checked her and nothing seemed to be wrong put she has been panting a lot today so I was wondering if the throwing up could be from heat stress?
I checked her crop this morning and it was empty. She’s still acting normal, so I’ll just keep an eye on her and leave her alone unless anything changes.
