    This happened to me as well! It was during the day when there was snow on the ground in the Sierras of CA. We figured it was a hawk? Only for one of our ladies. The spotted Jubilee who stood out the most. :’(

    We used to bury ours, but found the foxes dig them up and spread the bones around. Harrowing.
