    We caught her! She seems a bit thinner & one of her eyes is closed but she's now in the pen with the rest of the girls. I'm going to keep them locked up for a few days hopefully that will break her or should I wait longer? Thanks for all the help.

    I have a wyandott who has gone rogue! They free range a few hours each day. But Ms.Maribel came up missing 2 weeks ago. I thought something got her ..3 days later she showed up in the yard, wouldn't come close but ate scratch I threw her then disappeared again! This has gone on for 2 weeks now...

    I have a standard French Poodle from Quebec, Canada named Sophie 8 yrs old had her aunt named Sandy but she passed last year was 12 yrs. I love my girls are/were very smart.

    Try netting we got some at TSC fairly cheap & it has worked so far. Mine free range but run into pen if they feel threatened good luck!

    Thank you for answering yes I kind of thought they may have stopped laying because of age. They are really sweet and we love them so they'll have a good retirement home here.

Hadn't thought of that & although most girls are still using 1 of the boxes without any fake eggs none are using the other box & nw we have found random eggs in yard & even 2 under car yesterday! We let them range every day & usually they come back to boxes to lay & come in to roost...
