    Attaching Hardware Cloth to Run

    I used zip ties to attach mine to the bottom couple of feet. Part of the hardware cloth was laid on the ground like a skirt and that was secured with dirt and rocks and garden stakes.

    great idea! And that brings me to another "newbie" question...I have pine shavings for the bottom of the brooder, but what do you put under that to make cleanup a bit easier?
