    It's now 4/19/2020. She wears a bra now. Seems healthy but I have read enough to know that it is a crop issue. The bra seems to at least hold it up. Before the bra she was wearing the feathers off her chest by roosting at night.

    I also have a hen that had to have a spa day. She had a nasty looking butt. I had to really work to get all the stuff (not sure what it was matted around feathers) once done she looked like the picture. Not sure if I ripped out the feathers trying to clean her up of if she was already bold.

    Rosie is 8 months old and has always had this huge breast? It goes down a little, so I thought it was a full crop. She is a greedy lil hen. But none of my other hens look like this.

    I just google easter egger and by golly...my rooster looks just like him including the grey tuft of feathers. Thank you! I was thinking something was wrong with him. He seems healthy and he is a very nice roo. Both my roos are nice.

    I hatched out 2 roos 6 months ago. Both are handsome boys but one has big comb & wattles and the other has tiny comb and where wattles should be is thick short grey feathers. I think they are blue copper marans. Where is my roosters wattle?

    I have heard crowing only a couple of times...I think both of these may be culprits. Not sure of breed but think Copper Maran or mix.

    Someone is crowing out there. 9 week old chicks. Also not sure what kind of chick this is. I bought a dozen fertile eggs for a broody hen. Variety pack.
