- We got our 8 leghorns in April 2017 and I have so much to learn. One just started laying on the 1st of august and I think yesterday (the 3rd) another one started (unless one pullet could lay 2 times in one day. ) But anyway every time I google something about our girls backyard chickens always pops up so I thought I should just come straight to the source
