    How do Isterilize a used coop?

    Be careful running bleach through a pressure washer. Most manufacturers recommend against it.

    Too big for the rubbermaid, not quite big enough for the coop

    Using a 48 inch round pet playpen. Mine are 4 1/2 weeks and we are looking to move them from the garage to the coop in about 3 weeks.

    Unofficial Poll: Have you Received Chicks Lately and Are they OK?

    Just received 8 new chicks from Meyer. Shipped on Monday and in a tote in the garage by Tuesday afternoon. No problems and all seem to be thriving.

    Newest member, at least for a few minutes

    Hi all, Just getting started with 8 mixed chicks( 4 breeds, 2 each) hopefully all females. We live on Long Island in NY. Looking forward to learning from this community. Matt
