    pipping early

    I'd say they are right on time. It generally takes awhile after pipping for them to hatch & actual hatching of individuals can vary a bit too. If they pipped early on the 21st day & everything is correct, especially humidity, I'd expect they to be completely hatched by tonight.

    Generally speaking, if the chicks shrink wrap, there wasn't sufficient Humidity, no matter what the gage is reading

    If you can tell if an egg is fertile at 3 days, you either have experience or a good eye. I've done it, but on light shelled eggs. On darker shelled eggs I've found that 5 to 7 days is a lot easier. (But I've been incubating for 30 years & I've learned about patience )

    It depends on the humidity setting you want. If you want 50% RELATIVE humidity, the setting on a wet bulb would be 84degrees.
