The hen is not molting and gets about 14 hours of light a day. She is the same age as her flockmates and they are laying.- Bird_Boy 99

We have a 9 month old Barred Rock hen. The chicken has never layed any eggs and seems to be in good health. The chicken fully developed combs and wattles, and is active in her flock.
