I don't think it's mites because I haven't seen any like when they have had them in the past but the hens have bald butts and legs and the rooster has it but it is very red. Any ideas what it is and how to treat for whatever it is?
He seems to go through periods where he coughs repeated and then stops for a long time. Also when he gets excited or surprised he coughs a lot. Also he scurries instead of running like before and he walks very slowly.
He has a cough and is weak. Been giving him Tylan50 3 times a day orally. I am putting a link to a video of him coughing. Let me know if there is anything else i can do or if anyone knows what is likely wrong.

Thanks for the information. I will try the tylan 50 orally tomorrow. If there is anything else that might be of help that i could try please let me know.
He wouldn't go into the coop last night so i picked him up and put him in. This morning he wouldn't come out and when i brought him out he just sat in one spot and has an occasional cough. What can i do for him? I have him inside the house with food and water.
