    I just noticed poultry cell has 28 mg of riboflavin and the b complex has only 1.7mg per pill. It would seem pcell is better to make she gets the most b2. Thank you for the warm welcome!

    Thank you. I’m noticing the pcell has 28mg of riboflavin and this b complex pill has 1.7mg. Perhaps I’m confused but isn’t 28mg more than 1.7mg? Is that right? If so the cell would be better?
