    Sorry to hear about your chickens. I have lost most of my flock for 2 yrs in row. To raccoons of all things. Put out 2 traps and Finally caught one of the little suckers. Believe it or not they were chewing through the chicken wire.

    Thank You so much! She is definitely a female, which is great as it is what I wanted. I checked out the site you sent it was very informative for what I was looking for. Your prompt response was great as I don't have a lot of time to spend on the net at a time. Thank you again.

    How soon do drakes start to show a curled tail?

    I have a duckling that is almost 3mths I think it is a female as the tail has not curled. I am curious to know how soon a drake would start to show this. Her mother is a black and white female not sure of breed & the father is a Khaki- Campbell.
