    I just checked some of the living hens - they seem to have a few of these scabs too (not too many and hard to find with their feathers on and them flapping!!). Does anyone know if I should take one to a vet? I can look for a poultry vet in the Lawrence Kansas area.

    Yikes! Well they were all vaccinated for mareks disease. All five of the birds had them, would they still be tumors?
