    I have looked through craigslist and the only thing available near central texas is buff brahmas, so getting them laced beauties seem to be slim pickins'. I will try finding the location from and posting there. Thanks :)

    we don't have roosters in her own, and we have three cats that have always been trouble. maybe it wouldn't be the cat, who knows but.. we had to chase out the cat that morning. reasoning to why I say it was the cat. could be wrong. I'll try to upload pics in just a moment

    a wild feral cat got in our coop and tore our sweetest hen up. under her wing area she is missing skin and it's dried up to look like old fried chicken.. not even kidding but the area is like a softball size! it's hard and black. worried that once it starts warming up that she may get maggots...
