    Found my own answer. FYI for anyone with the same question. The albumen freezes at approximately -0.4 and the yolk at -0.6.

    So how would be a good way to find out about and order from a breeder? When checking on-line, can you tell if they are breeders or just an outlet or sales connection? Also if the breeders are selling, the same questions would still apply regarding the treatments.
