Same here , yours looks like the inside of mine with all thermometers & gauges!!! Had to set mine @ 38.7 to get inside readings of 99.5 !!

I'm glad it helped, make sure you have internal thermometer & humidity gauge inside so you can get real readings as to temp digital reading is off . If you do that it should be fine. Good luck.

Our eggs went unturned for 14 days best hatch rate we ever had !!!

We had the same thing happen no egg turning until day 14 , turner wasn't running !! Out of 28 eggs @ lock down we hatched 20 very healthy chicks!!! the last 8 were fully developed but never hatched.

Keeping the foam part on the bottom is what I did and it works pretty well, but still had to keep an eye on it !
