Thanks all for your help. So for my knowledge what is screaming EE from this rooster? Is it the modified pea comb? The earlobe ? And does it look like the other breeds because at some point they used the other breeds to make EE?- BluemuleRay

ok I think i'm understanding, and with the easter egger roo and hen, they will breed more full blood EE? but depending on his blue genes the off spring my lay blue or brown.- BluemuleRay

the yellow shanks, do not seem typical for the EE, however I do understand anything is possible. so how could I tell what egg color he will give the offspring? my list of hens includes: 1 EE 1 Olive egger 1 RIR 1 Barred rock 1 copper maran 1 speckeld sussex I am going to hatch out a few...- BluemuleRay

Thats how I picked him up he was in a 2x2 cage for a while. Im hoping after a molt it will all go back to normal. also forgot to mention he is very large.- BluemuleRay
