    Worms? Coccidiosis?

    Hi, 4 days ago I noticed one out of 4 chickens I have acting very off, just standing with her eyes closes. Her poop is green and watery and is mucousey, shes feeling lethargic (currently in an isolated box sitting with her head down most the time). Her comb and skin look fine, eyes look clear...
