    They are laying a more pointy longer egg that is sometimes cracked they are laying one a day like this

    does anyone know why I am getting strange shaped eggs from my Italian quails. (You can see the odd shaped ones on the left compared to one of the normal ones)

    The brown coloured ones are called coturnix quail and the males have a more orange chest than the females. They will start laying when the days get brighter. Good luck keeping them
