I left the door open, hoped for the best and lucked out. By then I had read online that they weren't as nasty as raccoons so I felt a little optimistic. They are locked up right now and prob will stay indoors for a few days since we are expecting rain.
Here's a photo of him:
I lack that nerve lol! In order to reach it I would have had to bend down to eye level, crawl under the poop board, exposing my face to that thing which had it's ( rather huge for it's size ) mouth open and teeth bared--I think it didn't like my love taps with the shovel. It's naked tail and...
Thanks for your help.
I don't have any traps/cages.
My current plan is to smack it around enough to make it want to go away once I get out of there and turn off the lights.
I cornered a possum (had to google "looks like giant rat" to figure out what it was) in my coop.
It's literally backed up into a corner and I don't know what to do to get him out. I tried bludgeoning him with a shovel but I'm weak and squeamish and he's huge (maybe 15-20lb?) and may be...
I'm on latest too. Looks like I can upload from my iPad

I put a piece of white paper as a background to get decent contrast on the lighter egg, otherwise it looks almost white...
The egg carton says Fertile on it and it will be in the refrigerated section along side the other eggs. They are washed and chilled like any store bought eggs.
The double is my TJ hen's first egg and the bigger single is from one of my year old hens.
Funny, the bullseye on one of the little yolks looks like a fertilized egg, no? It can't be though since I have no roos.
Shortly after this pic, my husband proceeded to destroy the egg by attempting a...
Apple pulled the 8.0.1 release which had major issues that only affect iphone 6 and 6 plus users. The 8.0 release was not pulled. When I open my software upgrade tab, I don't even see the 8.0.1. If you have the new iPhones and did manage to upgrade before it was pulled, then they have...
