    Thanks for your help. I don't have any traps/cages. My current plan is to smack it around enough to make it want to go away once I get out of there and turn off the lights.

    The egg carton says Fertile on it and it will be in the refrigerated section along side the other eggs. They are washed and chilled like any store bought eggs.
