Helli,
I have a 6 week old dove. He is unusually small and not interested in eating seeds.
I put him on formula (kaytee) and he is vomiting the formula. Despite his size he is very alert affectionate and looking like he wants to eat ( wing flapping and pecking).
I am trying to figure out what I...
Good news and bad news.
Due to some personal and financial issues. I will join longer he able to care for my hens. Thankfully in Houston there is a poultry sanctuary who specializes in Cornish x. They are more than happy to take them due to them being a ideal healthy weight.
So, I learned a lot...
Hello,
My dove is 3 years old male. He is usually a bit heavy and round around the breast. However, today he feels very light. I weighed him and he's about 109 grams. He definitely lost weight and I noticed that he is not eating, but is activie and cooing.
I'd like to add that he got a new mate...

These 3 Cornish x are almost 3 weeks, and are technically for my sister's ffa project. But, they definitely won't make show.
They have been given a high protein diet and fed 24/7. I...
No. It's on the ground. I will definitely raise it up and bring in another tank or perhaps move them to the larger space sooner. Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it.
Also do you mean o.4 ml once a day. Not 4 times a day.
Sorry! I just want to be on the same page.
Is there a reason I should give the divide the .4 ml throughout the day?
