    Columbian Wyandottes with green on their backs

    We rescued 6 hens. 3 of them Columbian Wyandottes. All three of them have green coloring on their backs just before the tail feathers start. It sort of resembles algae? Any ideas? We've had them for a month and they are about 8 months old now. They are all laying.
  2. We rescued 6 laying hens. 3 Columbian Wyandottes and 3 Barred Rocks. They are 7-8 months old. Our grandkids love them! We are getting 4-6 eggs per day.
