My question is which would be better to cull out, the second dominate or the bottom man on the pole, who now gets run off by #2. The dominate seems to get along with both, number 2 is creating the problem...

You'd be much better off not using a toxic product like Sevin. Use DE or Spinosad for bugs, Spinosad is selective, it doesn't harm good insects, only the bad.....and Orange Guard is fine as well...
