I bought 2 sexed Orpington chicks in February and one was a male, then I bought 2 Orpington pullets and turns out the black one is indeed a little male. This year is 50%, at these odds I shouldn’t have paid the pullet premium and just went with straight run LOL.
I bought two Orpington pullets a couple weeks ago, the chocolate Orpington (not pictured) is definitely a pullet, but I am suspicious that the black Orpington is a cockerel. Any thoughts on the black Orpington’s gender?
