    1/11 was early, still hadnt absorbed all the yolk yet and was gasping. It died early but we could tell he was very weak. 2/11 pipped but died trying to get out. Too weak as well.     Patients pays off!!! Five black babies with yellow markings, and one golden. Golden and a black with yellow didn't make it, but I still have 4 black and yellow babies for now. Two or three eggs still rocking with peeping and cracking noises. :lol:

    Dropped egg is dead.... I feel defeated. The chick was so pretty, but not moving, breathing, or heartbeat. Duct taping bator closed and putting signs on that say keep out now... Gonna go work and come back in an hour or so. Good Luck to everyone else

    I went in to check on eggs, only one had a crack that kinda looked like pacman. Mom came in and I told her not to open the bater, but she decided she wanted to hear one peck from the inside. She ended up dropping it a foot onto the hardwood floor.... I held back tears long enough to push her out...
