There is poop around her vent, but not any white urates to my knowledge... I have been giving her Oxine for almost a week now, and she has not improved. I am wondering how long I am going to let her suffer with this illness before I have to put her to sleep... I don't know what else to do.
I gave her some mashed apples last night and this morning. I also sprayed a mixture of Oxine and water over her head. She's not drinking a lot this morning... not sure why. Any ideas?

Thank you for your advice! It sounds like perhaps there is still hope for her... if the illness hasn't progressed too far... What is Oxine? I will do research and hopefully something will help her... An update: she is still eating and resting.
I gave her a warm bath today and clipped away the feathers around her bottom that were too crusted with poop to clean. I then dried her with a blow dryer on low. She's now isolated from the others. She eats almost constantly and just sits near her food bowl. I highly doubt it's internal laying...
