    Did not realize the post was 5 years old and NO a pig is not a pig, they are not all the same. a pet pig is different than a farm raised meat pig.

    There is no such thing as "teacup pigs" or " any tiny cup pig". Those are just "names" breeders use to sell potbelly pigs that were breed for being a pet.     PBP were breed for pets not be eaten. They are not raised for that and its cruel. Their skin and mentality is that of a pet. The pellets they eat are formulated for health not to put fat on them to eat.

    Potbelly pig and litter box safety

    I have a pig that lives in my house and she is a year old now, I have 3 cats and 1 dog, all in the house. My cat box is in a different room with a swing gate the cats jump over to get to the cat box. Yes cat litter will kill the pig , it will make them deathly sick and die if not treated asap...

    No that is not normal for blood in the urine and if he is peeing on her that usually means she is sick. They both need to be seen by a vet. It sounds like she has something severely wrong and he has a urine issue maybe with his kidneys.

    Since she is little baby feed her half a cup of pellets in morning and at bedtime and veggies for snacks throughout the day. Start giving her baths now so she will get use to them, u out cheerios in the warm bath water so it will hold her interest while u bath her and get her use to the bath...

    I never feed my pbp meat. She eats all veggies and her pellets. She is a year old and so cute and loving. Apbp has a curly tail a regular pig will have a straight tail. My pig lives in my house and she is trained to go to the for when she needs to go out.
