    The picture may be a bit deceiving. The pen is 13x10 The coop, It's advertised for 6-8 birds, I have 5. it's approx 5.5x 3.5, not counting the nesting boxes.     Can you elaborate on the pavers a bit more. I don't see how it hurts? What about burying it in an inch or 2 of dirt to 'hide' it?

    Yeah, I will certainly make sure it all fits before purchasing. And yes, i will install hardware cloth on the lower portions and skirt it as well for extra protection. does anyone use anything like those glow in the dark eyes to deter anything?

    I know, i'm not in it for the money. but i'm also not looking to invest $thousands of dollars to have a half dozen birds. There's a certain level of cost/benefit that needs to be taken into account.
