Found this in my yard- scooped it up with a leaf hence why it’s on a leaf in the pic. I have two hens, not entirely sure this came from one of them but I suspect it did. Both appear well.... can anyone identify if this potentially came out of one of my girls?
The many poops of today. Green and yellow belong to my EE. Watery belongs to B, and the white string of urates? On my B.
Side note her vent to me looks a little swollen/protruding. She hasn't ever laid an egg so I'm not sure if this is what a vent would look like if she's prepping to lay...her...
Latest poop from my brahma . She's inside for the day so I can watch her
She wasn't eating or drinking on her own so I gave her some water(has corid in it) via syringe.
I'm at a loss on where the watery green poop came from after this...so I guess we'll see what unfolds
She's healed from that injury, I have no concern that the previous injury has anything to do with what is going on now.
It was to her eye resulting in partial blindness.
Yesterday she was acting normal. Eating drinking chirping. So this has come on very sudden and quick whatever it is.
Fecal float for just worms.
Unfortunately the vet office is closed today. It'll have to wait until Wednesday ( I work 12 hour shifts mon and tues)
No feather loss on white chicken.
2 year old EE has some feathers missing on back/neck, she was with a roo originally.
Didn't spot any mites on my...
It's 8:30 here in FL and she's laying on the ground. I KNOW something is up.
Antibiotics? I'm open to em.
Treat for coccoidosis also?
Also her crop is empty
Yellow one from my EE
Green one from my brahma just now. Brahma seems more "lethargic" I don't want to say exactly lethargic but she's just chillin on the floor of the coop right now and it's morning she's usually eating.
So she literally just passed a formed brown poop.
Wooo!! I think what might have been going on was a slight impaction of her crop causing the bright green poop initially because nothing was moving in her gut (she doesn't have much access to grass so I don't think that was causing the green color)
