I would keep an eye on any report of wild birds having Avian flu and only lock them down if there are any cases in your area. Along with doing your best to keep wild birds away from the run.

I currently have a rooster that has been sick with some sort of respiratory infection for almost a week and no one else in the flock is showing any signs of illness.

Update: so far the symptoms haven't worsen but there hasn't been any significant improvement, either. I put a small humidifier up against his cage which he loves having his face near and applied some VetRx on his waddles and beak last night to see if helps any. He still isn't eating or drinking...
