I'm not sure about non-GMO but Big Spring Mill in Elliston is the only mill around that I know of (bsmill.com). Have fed their feed for several years now with no issue, always fresh.
Where are you in Southern WV?
I am in Monroe Co and have a 14 week old flock (half dozen mixed hens (BO, RIR, NHR, Production Black, Buff Rock) & 2 BO roos) that will be laying soon enough.
