    There's something to be said about those who can love a basset. My sister has one. He's amazing. Also a complete pita, but worth every decibel of it. ha! He's getting so old though, and I'll break when he's gone from this world. Sorry for your loss.

    Darn. That's what I was fearing.. I can't keep them per my town ordinance. :( My niece will be so upset. But to be fair, I did warn her that should her "science class project" chickens turn out to be boys that I wouldn't be able to keep them. I should just go drop them off at said teachers...
