    I know!! It’s crazy!! I can’t believe how fast she is healing. She is our only turkey we thought we was going to loose her, but she a tough one.

    She is tough baby bird!! I can’t believe I thought we lost her last Sunday, then when she turned green that freaked me out. 7 days later she looks good and her feathers are growing back.

    Yes I we did, we also found him a new home. He killed three chickens, and injured 9 plus our turkey. I thought all of them was dead. It was like a horror seen. It’s just sad, because we love him but couldn’t keep after that.

    I did measure, it looks like I used about a half cup coconut oil, 4 to 5 drops of each oil. Last year my mom fell and she 79 she had two black eyes, her face looked rough all black and blue.     Oh that looks horrible!! Did they make it?? The green is all gone, I mixed coconut oil, with some thyme, and Oregano. The green was gone the next day.

    The green is all gone!! I put some thyme, and Oregano oil with coconut oil. The next day the green was all gone. I think it was bruised, but I just didn’t like that green on her. She is out in the coop with the chickens doing good. Thank you everyone for trying to help.

    It’s underneath her skin, no puss she don’t smell.i cleaned it with soap water, and Peroxide. I mixed coconut oil with lavender, and frankincense oil. I use that for my chicken when they get wounds on them.I also put raw honey on the first night. That took most the redness away. She acting...

    I thought it was infected at first, but it don’t look like a normal infection. This is also my first turkey, so idk how they bruise or what. She is doing good, she is eating and drinking. I just don’t like it being green at all.

    I think her skin is a light gray color normally.

    No it’s not swollen, the redness went down over night.she is doing good. Eating and drinking. It’s just today is when it started getting green. So that kinda freaked me out.
