    Rooster breed?

    I got a roo a while ago despite not knowing his breed because he was the only local option. I wasn't too worried about it anyways, but now that I know I'm keeping him it would be nice to know. Any ideas?

    Baking is always a good use of eggs, but I've been intending on trying my hand at homemade mayonnaise, eggnog, and meringue. I currently have cured egg yolks drying too.
