I have a Salmon Favorelle with scissor beak. She eats fine, but is the sloppiest drinker I've ever seen for a chicken. Her face is constantly wet, which is fine expect were coming into winter and I've already found her once with a frozen face. Any recommendations?

I bought 3 "hens" this year to add to my flock. I'm a little worried one of them is for sure a roo... the cuckoo maran walks with its tail up and as you can see has a bright red comb at 12 weeks. The rhode island red also has a comb, but not my sex link. How many roos do I have here?
