I got the one you sent me! Sorry about that. I can try liver as well, since my dogs eat liver sometimes. And I’m currently at the vet rn but I’ll make sure to send you a pic rn!

My pullet keeps sitting down on her hocks. Should I be concerned?

Just wanted to give you an update on her. Today was the first day of giving her B12 and she is starting to walk a little bit. I notice her poop looks kind of odd its not really one big poop but little pieces.

My pullet keeps sitting down on her hocks. Should I be concerned?

Thank you so much! I usually get her the flock feed from tractor supply for the whole flock since I have some young roosters as well. It does get pretty hot in california but there are shade areas in the backyard. However, I will try the vitamins!

My pullet keeps sitting down on her hocks. Should I be concerned?

My female olive egger has been sitting down on her hocks for a few days but thought nothing of it since its hot. But just today she hasn't really gotten up, even if I tried to give her mealworms, and she's just been sitting. I don't think she's egg bound because she's only 4 months and hasn't...

    Chicks Hip dislocated?

unfortunately no but im willing to do whatever it takes for her. Maybe i can try to relocate her hip join then wrapping her leg somehow or putting her in a thing like you said so shes not dragging her foot anymore

    Chicks Hip dislocated?

yeah i tried to treat it that way but with the stilts her leg is still stiff. I think she has slipped tendon as well because her hock joint is swollen. However I think her hip is also messed up

    Boredom busters

i seen that if you hang up a lettuce or cabbage in the coop they will peck at it. IT will keep them stimulated.

    Chicks Hip dislocated?

I have this 3-week chick, and her leg is quite stiff, and I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with her. Finally, I noticed that when I move her leg her hip pops. Maybe her hip was dislocated while trying to hatch? Any advice will help!

    Baby chick can't walk?

so if you'd want to fix the leg and the hip issue maybe do the underwear thing and then the splint in the video. I will try the splint tomorrow and show you. I can private message or just post on here again.
