    You should give them dry hay in there indoor inclosure and close the door and maybe add a heat lamp.

    So this is my first time hatching quail and it's day 19 and only 9 hours until day 20 and my quails still haven't hatched or pipped so I am not sure if they are still alive, I have candles them and 5 out of 16 of them were found infertile but the other eggs were dark inside so are they late?     Thanks for the info, I was already planning to feed them a quail feed but I want to make sure they got all the necessary nutrients to be healthy and strong.

    🐣have been thinking of feeding them boiled eggs but I am not sure how old they have to be or if there is a part they specifically can't have.
