    What color does this salmon favorelles rooster look like he is feathering out to be? He doesn't look like any of the other rooster chicks.

    I asked on a fav only group and they said he was indeed a salmon but that he had white leakage and was just not to standard. Still gonna keep all the chicks even if he's different.

    Oh! No I'm not NPIP. I feel your pain! These aren't hatchery stock so I was surprised to see him look so different.

    Not a one. He's my only boy. He's absolutely huge. One is enough lol

    Two pics of the rooster and the two SF hens in the back are the mommas. I kept track of the egg colors which was easy as the black bird is my BCM. Her babies with the rooster are chocolate colored.

    He was hatched from a salmon favorelles rooster and a salmon favorelles hen but he has these white feathers coming in on his breast.

    What breed and gender is this chick? Sold as light Brahma. Not a LB.

    I feel like it's a pullet but I'm not even sure about that. Tia!
