    The naked chickens are actually about making their lives better not worse! They are intended for very hot climates where cooling is a serious and costly issue. It has nothing to do with them being 'oven ready".

    Just a thought on the odd smelling chicken, did you remove the gland at the base of the tail? I have heard leaving it can make bad tasting/smelling meat when cooked.

    You can totally rotate the video on youtube after you upload it. Just play around in the settings/editing section and you will find it. I do it all the time as my cam randomly rotates videos sometimes as well :)
