    Hello everyone

    I am 7th grade science teacher who is thinking seriously about getting my own flock. We hatch chicks every year in class then give them to local friends and family who have chickens. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone.

    Chick bitten by hedgehog and died weeks later, did she get a disease from it?

    looks like the bite created an abscess, because it wasn't drained and treated the infection spread. I'm sorry about your chicken.
